I can't sync to Carb Manager

I was connected to Carb Manager. Now they have updated their app and I cannot sync any more.

I tried disconnecting and now cannot reconnect. Very sad about this

I would first revoke the access of Carb Manager and then link them up. 

If this fails, you will need to contact Carb Manager.

As suggested by @Rich_Laue, please try to revoke access and re-link both accounts again. To re-link them, please do the following: 

 

  1. Log in to your Carb Manager account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
