I found I was having similar trouble yesterday. A 404 not-found error message every time I tried to go to http://www.fitbit.com/apps
An email to support came back with this:
Hi Kathleen,
We're sorry to hear that your having issues accessing our compatible apps page.
Please be informed that we're experiencing some issues with our compatible apps page at this time. We recommend that you try to check this page at a later date to see if it already up and running.
We appreciate your time and understanding with this.

So in general, it seems like there's a few issues at the moment. Mind need to try again in a few days when they've got a fix.
