Besides using the Fitbit app to log my daily body temperature, are there any wireless infrared thermometers that can link directly to my Fitbit account?

Not to my knowledge,  it would be up to them, if Fitbit has added an API for temp. I'll move your non Versa question to the third party app interface board.
