Hi @Mugsy60 third party apps are responsible for their connection to Fitbit.
I found instructions on the Noom site.
If you still have issues, the best is to reach out to Noom Support.

Have you had any luck yet? I can't get my Fitbit to sync with Noom or the Health app on my phone. Noom chat couldn't help so I'm getting the hardcore tech people to follow up. Fitbit chat couldn't help either.
Everything was working well for almost two years and then it stopped.

As our friend mentioned, Noom app isn't a supported, which means it can't sync with Fitbit. I recommend checking the Add Noom as a third party app request, vote for it and leave your comment.

Doing a quick search of this board, I see that @niccib28 has and was told that Boom dropped the sync to Fitbit for their free account.
