Integration with TrendWeight and WeightGrapher

Today, I have tried both TrendWeight andWeightGrapher for the first time. Both apps integrate with FitBit however, despite my FitBit records going back > two years, I can only see weight data from the last month. Why?

Thanks for stopping by @Dave_A! To further understand you issue, I have a couple of questions. The information you are not able to see is on the Fitbit side, or TrendWeight and WeightGrapher side? 

If it's from TrendWeight and WeightGrapher's side, please notice that Fitbit  doesn't have any control over what stats are synced over.

I have the same problem with both the 3rd party tools so I assume that the problem is FitBit not supplying the data rather than them not showing it, but how can I be sure.

My guess is that it is related to the "only 30 recoards at a time" issue for downloads to CSV, but perhaps you can confirm that.

Thanks for keeping me posted @Dave_A! All third party integrations are managed by the third party and not by Fitbit - Fitbit's has an open API and is designed so that the data can be transferred over. Fitbit doesn't have any control over what stats are synced over. Please contact TrendWeight and WeightGrapher for further assistance.
