Since the update last week, my Fitbit app no longer shows the map for my runs though it does for my walks & also does not sync my runs in Strava although my walks do. I have tried unpairing, shutting down etc, etc to no avail. I wish I hadn't updated as it is disrupting my exercise record. Please help! I have a Samsung Galaxy A8.

It's pretty weird that your maps for runs aren't showing. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.
