Is Fitbit device accurate at measuring spo2 levels?

My levels use to be at 97% and now there dropping to like 92/93% and I’m so confused is this device even reliable it worries me! Because 92% and lower is bad? And your average is suppose to be 95% I’m wondering is it not reliable?

@jasusu I have found SpO2 levels measured by my Fitbit to be quite accurate as long as the device is worn correctly and consistently. However, Fitbits are not intended to be used as medical devices. If you are concerned about your SpO2 readings, it would probably worth discussing that with a health care provider.

SpO2 of 92 isn't necessarily bad. I live in the mountains at 7000 feet elevation. When I'm at home, my SpO2 is 92 or 93. When I travel to sea level, it increases. Here's what that looked like when I recently traveled to sea level and then went back home.
