Is anyone using the virgin pulse program with the fitbit one? I cannot record my active steps to it

Is there anyone wsing the fitbit one with the virgin pulse program? I can sync my steps but not my active steps. Suggestions? Thanks, Ken H.

Pulse measures their "active" minutes differently than FitBit does.

 

I tried the integration for a while but you just don't get as much credit on Pulse using the FitBit so now I carry their pedometer as well.
