Alta stopped syncing with fitness pal

Hello @Spontaneousk, nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! Keep in mind your Alta will sync with your Fitbit Dashboard and your account will share the data to your MyFitnessPal.

 

So i'm wondering if you are able to sync all your data from your tracker to your Dashboard successfully or have you notice any syncing problem? It will be a reason why you are not able to see information in MFP.

 

If this is not the case try to revoke the access and reconnect your account to refresh the integration. For direction on how to do this please use the following post.
