When I add my exercise into the MyFitness Pal app it imports into the FitBit app twice. So then I'll go into FitBit and delete one version of the workout logged, which then deletes both entries. It wouldn't be that big of an issue, but it bothers me when my app shows that I've excercised twice as often as I really did. I'm going for accuracy, here! 🙂 I just can't seem to get all my devices to agree with each other. Yes I have updated everything. Yes I have restarted my device. Yes my Zip has a new battery.
Edit: And now to make matters worse it's seemed to have deleted about 400 of my steps for today. Fantastic.
Edit 2: So, it's officially deleted over a thousand steps, about a mile of distance, my calories are messed up, and it shows that I have 0 active minutes when before it was showing 75. What is happening?!

Hello there @elleelle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
It seems there are two different problems here. The first one is about your activities not showing up correctly and doubling when logged. For that I would recommend to log out of both your Fitbit app and your MyFitnessPal app and log back in and see if this fixes the problem. On the other hand, I would like to know if you've noticed your tracker going off all of a sudden or if it just deletes the information just like that. It could be that the battery in the tracker is not making a good connection and this is causing the trakcer to restart itself so I would advise to check the back of it. There should be a little metal plate that you can pull a little bit with your finger nail to ensure that it will have a proper connection and then close your tracker and try it out for a day and see how it works.
Any updates on this, please let me know!
