Issues with data sync, integrations, and even Health Connect

For several months, anything in Strava can take several hours to a full day to show up in Fitbit or Health Connect. It only got worse after the AWS outage 6 days ago, but it spread.

Several Fitbit data pieces show up in Health Connect, but activities do not.

I have the Hume body pod and it saves weight in Health Connect, but Fitbit hasn't pulled that data in since early October.

I find it most odd of the issues between Fitbit and Health Connect. I've cleared cache and data of both apps. I've signed back in, removed permissions, and re-setup the integrations. None of it helps.

What else can be done with Fitibit?

I'm on Android using a Pixel 10 Pro.
