I am unable to sync my fitbit one with the Leap4life app.  Has anyone any solutions?  it states that authorisation keys are missing.

If leap for life says it can be done then you need to ask them

@radiocricket Welcome to the Fitbit family! If you are having trouble connecting both apps the best thing to do is the following:

  • Go to your applications page on your online dashboard.
  • Click "Revoke Access" .
  • Then, reconnect both apps.

This usually helps fixing that kind of issues. Try it out!

If you keep experiencing issues after doing that, please contact Leap4Life for further assistance. They sure will be able to help you out with this and check any solutions for you.
