I’m trying to link my Fitbit charger 2 to our company’s virgin pulse health program so that it tracks my steps.  I just changed from a Galaxy Android phone to an I phone 6. i had no trouble on my other phone but Virgin Pulse is saying I have no devise set up. I thought I did but must be forgetting a step.  Can someone help me please?

Your Virgin pulse account links to your Fitbit account, not the phone or the Fitbit tracker.

This should only be needed to do once and should not be affected when changing the phone.

You will link the accounts from your Virgin Pulse account.

This is explained in the Virgin Pulse Help Guide
