I do Pilates 4 times weekly. I wear a Charge 2 which has a Pilates-specific setting that allows me to start a "record" of each session at the beginning and stop it at the end of the session. Since my Fitbit syncs to Lose It! does doing the above grant me an accurate calorie adjustment? Would it be more accurate to remove the Fitbit and log the activity in Lose It! which adds 130 calories to my daily allotment for the 50-minute Pilates session?

@MarieSD Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would recommend to let your Charge 2 track the activity and then let it sync to your LoseIt account. The activity will be tracked using your heart rate information which gives you more accurate data. Learn more about it by checking this article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
