I have tried multiple times over many days to link my Fitbit Versa 3 and my vitality account, I keep getting the error "Link request is failed".
I have completed a factory rest of my versa 3, revoked all access to applications via fitbit and have deleted and re-added the apps.
I have also tried this on the website, still no joy.
The data is only reading my apple health and that is not accurate as I do not always carry my phone. Please help as this is highly frustrating and is meaning I am losing out on my Vitality benefits as it thinks I'm not as active as I am.

Thanks for sharing all the steps you have already tried in order to link your Versa 3 with your Vitality account. In this case, since you have done all the basic troubleshooting we used to recommend, I would suggest contacting Vitality. This seems to be an issue not related to us; remember, this integration wasn't developed by Fitbit.
