Hello,

Can anyone help please! I've got a charge 2 that I bought today and my food diary from MFP won't log on my food diary on my Fitbit? I have connected them and reconnected can anyone help with the issue please?! X

I did a quick check at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/Third-Party-Apps-Informational-Post/m-p/144...

And see that yes the food should transfer. Take a look at this post that has helped many.

If this doesn't help then please reach out to MFP since they ate responsible for their connection to Fitbit.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant but when you link your MFP to your Fitbit, it only moves over the total amount of calories you ate at each meal (i.e. 250 calories at breakfast, 500 calories at lunch, etc). It doesn't actually move your foods like it lists on the MFP app.

Someone asked a similar question somewhere else in this community and apparently that is what they meant.

Now if your calories eaten on the MFP app aren't synching to your Fitbit app, I'd contact MFP and find out why. Unfortunately MFP is harder to get in touch with. You'll have to go to this link to email them:
