I am getting more than a little frustrated with my new fitbit (Christmas presy). I expected that I could log my runs with out the need for my phone and the data would be transferred to "my map my run" app. The app on my phone says that the fitbit is connected. I have installed and uninstalled; connected and disconnected. But it just does not transfer the data. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I need to do??? I also can't get it to display heart rate on the home screen on the watch.??? To be honest right at this moment it's just a watch! Many thanks

Regarding your question about getting your heart rate to show on your display, it will depend on the clock face that you have set. Check this article to learn how to change your clock face on your device.
