Where should I log my exercise to get the most accurate info on how many calories I burn? If I log it in Fitbit, will it transfer to my sparkpeople account under "All day Activity"? Or should is the all day activity just what I get from wearing my band?
I will be getting a Flex 2 for Christmas, so then what?? Is it a whole new ballgame?? lol
I don't know which is the better way to go. If anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it!

A warm welcome to the Community @Oliva36! Fitbit will sync steps, distance, calories, sleep and weight (including Aria) to SparkPeople. Instead, SparkPeople will transfer just food to Fitbit.
Since, you're getting a Flex 2. The best thing would be to use it in any activity that you'll be doing and if you're gonna do any activity that requires more than just steps then you should log it in your Dashboard (Except swimming).
Addittionally, you may want to check the Flex 2 Product Manual and start knowing your future tracker.
Hope this helps! Once you get your Flex 2 don't forget to share your experience.

@Oliva36 Flex 2 tracks your swimming automatically. Once you've finished you just need to sync your tracker and see your exercise details in your Dashboard. Learn more about its feature here Fitbit Flex 2.
