Logging Exercise into MyFitnessPal

I just set up MyFitnessPal to work with my Flex.  Before I wasn't logging activities in using the dashboard as it would take my very active minutes away and it seemed it was making things inaccurate.

Should I log activities into MyFitnessPal then?  Or should I just not worry about logging it?  I know no matter what it isn't going to be perfectly accurate, but I'd like to at least get a close number.

You don't need to log execise to MFP if you are not already. I think their instructions are geared towards MFP users who then buy a fitbit. I don't log exercise on MFP and ti works fine, I sometimeslog exercise here--mainly non-step activity that the fitbit would underestimate.

Since the Flex is a pedometer at its core, you really only need to log activities that aren't walking/running. If you have them synced, you can do that either in Fitbit or MFP, whichever you're more comfortable with.
