I bought a fitbit Charge HR last week and decided to link it with MFP. Loving both so far. I am trying to lose 30lbs by the end of May. I have more to lose, so I will start another goal after that. I have done well losing weight in the past on diets, but I always gained it back. This time I am trying to just make my lifestyle more healthy rather than "going on a diet". To that end, I'm working on being more active and watching my portions / calorie intake in order to meet my goals.

I am new to this and do not know how to request friends yet so ask for me please. I also am haveing trouble sinking my new fit bit... very frustrated right now, but my stats will be back up soon.
