I have the Lose It app Premium, I can see my fit bit flex Calories burned on there but is there a way for the Lose It daily food intake to sync with my flex? I'd rather not be putting my meals in both and I love the lose it app.
Best AnswerI use My Fitness Pal and my food intake summary transfers over to Fitbit. not the actual meal, but the calories, sodium, fat, etc info. I think you should ask over at Lose It what info they feed back to Fitbit.

HI, I also have been using Lose it! for a couple of years and decided to remain with Lose it! for food, but use the Fitbit app for my Fitbit Flex.
I use the free app on Lose It!, and it syncs, no need to upgrade to Premium on Lose it! if you dont want to!
And if doesnt sync automatically, after you log into Lose It!, then follow this procedure on your app
Apps & Devices > FitBit Trackers > Force Sync (ANDROID)
if you dont see force Sync that means, your fitbit isnt connected to your Lose It! App.
If youre not able to do this... just go to the lose it website and link your accounts from the website via "Settings -> Connected Devices".
You might have to go back and forth and make sure Lose It! has given permission to sync with Fitbit and vis versa
Everytime you sync your device to your app, the logging of food, from Lose It! should also be updated!!
hope this helps!
