Lose it saying there is an error syncing app and to contact fitbit. I cant find were to disconnect and try connecting again.

Hi @Tracylaus I think you are asking about syncing berteen Fitbit and a third party, not an app on your fotbit tracker.
Let's open the Fitbit app — tap the top left to get to setting. Scroll to security and login. No tap Manage Account Access.
