Welcome to the Community @Rhughes11! Please confirm, you're doing this procedure to link both applications:
- Sign up for an account at Lose It! You must be a Lose It! Premium member to link your Lose It! account to Fitbit.
- Log into Lose It!
- Go to Apps & Devices.
- Depending on what you want to connect, scroll down to Aria® or Fitbit Trackers.
- Choose either Connect Fitbit Aria or Connect Fitbit Trackers. You will be taken to Fitbit.com, where you will be asked to authorize the connection.
- Log in using your Fitbit credentials.
Additionally, what kind of error are you getting? Are you trying to do it from a computer or using a mobile device?
