Lost Data Syncing Loseit and Fitbit App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
The food information from Loseit is not porting into the Fitbit app.

The Fitbit calorie bonus is not showing up in the exercise area of Loseit

However, calories target and calories burned show up in the My Day section of the Loseit app.
I have a Galaxy Note 8
I've uninstalled both apps and reinstalled them
I've cleaned the cache on both apps
I've logged out of my account numerous times and re-logged back in.
I disconnected Fitbit from lose it numerous times.
I revoked loseit's access in the Fitbit app numerous times

I added a couple more screenshots to this email so you can see what I'm seeing.

Your attention to my question is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Dean

I'm finding the same thing.  My food started syncing yestereday evenng but I'm having to force sync in order to pick up Fitbit info in LoseIt.

Yes, same issue here.  The food is now syncing but I have to force sync.   Also, my sleep is not coming over from Fitbit.  I got the email from Loseit and they asked me to send them some screen shots :

"if you could please screenshot the next time you notice it's not syncing before you force a sync, and then please screenshot right after forcing a sync. Those screenshots will be helpful to our engineers."

"Please also send screenshots if you notice that the sleep is continuing to not sync (a screenshot of the sleep showing in Fitbit, and a screenshot of it not showing in Lose It! would be great to demonstrate this to them)."

Just noticed that my sleep didn’t sync from fitbit to lose it. I had to enter it manually.

Have not received a reply from loseit yet, but will supply them with the screenshots when I reply to them next.

Mine is working fine now - since 5/29/20.  So only only one actual day of data lost (5/27) because I used the "QUICK ADD" feature for each meal on 5/28.  Although only the total shows it was better than nothing.

Is there a way the missing data can be synched?  If not it's fine - just curious.

You just need to change the data in Loseit on the date that did not sync. By doing so it should force LoseIt to send the new information to Fitbit.

I had same issue with food. That is working again but the days where did not sync show nothing.  I now have the issue where food syncs but my sleep statistics stopped syncing with LoseIt.  Appears one issue corrected creating a new one.
