Virgin Pulse recently changed their platform to Personify. I'm trying to pair the the two platforms for data transfer. Access has been allowed. I'm very familiar with paring devices and have connected other apps withou issue. Any suggestions on why Luxe would not successfully pair with the Personify platform? Thanks!
