Hello @LT4, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community!
If the information transferred between MyFitnessPal (MFP) and Fitbit seems to be one sided only, I would like to suggest restarting the link between both apps. This will reset their connection so the information can be transferred correctly.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

The issue seems to be in looking at what some others have said is that MFP doesnt seperate exercises logged in to FB (either manually to FB or from FB device auto recognizing one) from its "fitbit adjustment". Seperating them would seem the logical way to do it but they dont do this. Im not sure why either because I dont know anyone that doesnt want to see their exercises logged into MFP to see the difference it makes in their daily input/output.
Now if i want to log i worked out in MFP I have to make a dummy log that just shows the title of what I did and zero for calorie burn so as not to double up on the calorie burn already accounted for in the "fitbit adjustment".
FB needs to throw its weight at MFP and get them to start logging things better as I have been a FB user from day one Flex and honestly dont see the point of using/buying another FB device if things cant be sync'd logically, accuratly and easily. Therefor no more $$ going to FB because all this desired data collecting is inaccurate and false. 😞
