MFP & Fitbit not syncing same calories burned - Calorie Adjustment

Quick question- i am using MFP & Fitbit to accuratly track my meals and workouts.

On my log yesterday,  i burned

230 Cal from walking

323 Cals from a 3 mil Run

145 Cals from 10 min Weights workout

But MFP did not log any of the workouts & gave me a calorie adjustment total of 388, when i burned a total of 698 calories from various workouts.

Can anyone explain?

Hi there @kortiz8691, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I've noticed you haven;t received an official response. With calories it might be a little tricky if you are using MyFitnessPal, since as you have mentioned, it will give you a calorie adjustment based on the exercise you have recorded.

For more details about this, review the post of my friend @SilviaFitbit here: My Fitness Pal calorie adjustment.

I'm sure her explanation will give you more insight on how the calories work between your Fitbit and MFP account.

See you later and keep me posted how it goes.
