MFP and Active minutes not synching correctly

I recently worked out today and i notice only part of my work out carried over from My Fitness pal. Its only showing 49 mins active minutes when I close to 90 mins. I tried restarting the tracker and my phone. Still doesnt work. Anyone come across and if so, how did you fix it? I really like to track my active minutes to make sure I am hitting my goals. Please Help

A warm welcome to the Forums @Incubus. If your MFP account is not 100% syncing with your Fitbit account, I would recommend relink the two accounts by doing the following:

 

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to MFP.

After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:

1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MFP.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes. 

 

If this doesn't work, feel free to contact MFP customer service.
