Since yesterday. Sometimes a forced sync works, sometimes not. Sometimes the steps showing on Lose It are considerably less than what Fitbit has counted, sometimes multiples more. The numbers go up and down while I watch. If I add steps manually to my laptop sometimes they sync through, sometimes not. My phone app, tablet and laptop are all showing different step counts and if one syncs the others don't. I have tried un-linking and then re-establishing the connection. Other LoseIt users are reporting the same issues. What's going on?

@BonnieH It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that your steps are not syncing properly with the same amount to LoseIt, even on your laptop or phone. I recommend restarting your. Since you have troubleshooted accordingly, which is having both accounts un-linked and then re-linked, I recommend contacting LoseIt customer service so they can investigate on their end.
