MFP and Strava syncing issues

I use my Versa for my walks and they always sync over to my fitness pal and Strava apps.  But for some reason today it hasn’t done either and I have done everything to work out why! Help!!

If your Fitbit isn't syncing with these two apps, I recommend checking the article: How do I troubleshoot apps connected to my Fitbit account? and follow the instructions provided there.
