I am a long time, loyal user of Fitbit products (Alta, Alta HR, Versa). Our family has Go 365 but it appears that Fitbit doesn't recognize heart rate points?  I'm really sad to hear this as it appears my options are now limited to Garmin and Polar fitness trackers. Will Fitbit ever jump on board and join them?

I understand how are you feeling. Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately, we do not currently have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
