MFP and fitbit user ID

I use MFP and in that community area, there is a fitbit forum. Many fitbitters are posting their FitBit user ID link in there to get friends.

How does one take THAT infor (the url fitbit) and "find" the user here in fitbit land?

Hope I asked that clear enough! I'm not very tech savvy!

If you can click on the URL then do so and you will be taken to that user's fitbit profile and on there you will see an option to add them as a friend.

 

If you can't click it, then copy it (or take a note of it). Put this into your browser's address bar (replacing the https://community.fitbit.com.....) and press enter. You will then go to the user's profile and, again, you have an option to add them.
