MFP calorie credit

Hello I just got my fitbit and have been using it for a few days now. My concussion is that I walked around 5500 steps yesterday with no additional exercise. I have my fitbit synced to MFP and it gave me an additional 400+ calories for the day for exercise credit. I don't think that could even possibly be right. Today all I have done is a tiny bit of yard work and I already have almost 200 exercise credit calories in MFP.
How can this be accurate?

@mlyn627 A warm welcome to the Community! Fitbit will do a calorie adjustment in MyFitnessPal this can be positive or negative. If the adjustment is negative this indicates that Fitbit's reported calorie burn is lower than MyFitnessPal's estimate. If the adjustment is positive this indicates that your calorie burn for the day as reported by Fitbit is greater than MFP's estimate.

You can check what's the adjustment by going to MFP >exercise and there you'll see it.
