i will continue to use runkeeper to track my miles
i will continue to use WW app to track my food
i want to use the fitbit to track my overall activity/steps/sleep
i will visit MFP to report miles to the message board for a challenge i'm part of but dont plan on entering any movement or food in my diary there (unless it syncs from another app LOL)
SOOOO, what should be linked to what so that i'm not "double dipping"???

@bluiz13 Great question! It's all ok if you have those apps linked to Fitbit the only thing that I would clarify is that any activity that's step based shouldn't be log in your Dashboard because your tracker was made for that. Any other activity that requires more than just steps should be log in order to improve the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
Please make sure that while you're logging your walking or running using Runkeeper, you're entering the correct time that your tracker has, if you do this your tracker will override the data and it won't be double. If the hours don't match the data will be double.
