MFP will no longer sync

I have disconnected the apps from each other and reconnected them.  I have tried to force a sync.  I am not sure what else to try.  MyFitnessPal simply will not sync with my Fitbit app.  Does anyone have any other suggestions? It used to work, but I am just starting back up with Fitbit after a year of non-use

I've been having issues since this morning and I did find this: https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055436451

Apparently it is a MFP issue because mine was synching fine until today.

Thank you! This syncing issue has been driving me nuts for two days. Now I can chill and what for MFP to fix it.

But it's happening with Peloton and Fitbit too. Having to relog in and force sync. I think it might also be a fitbit issue.

@hhburris thanks for the details shared on your post. If you haven't tried yet please follow these steps:

 

  1. Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your Fitbit account. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  3. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
