Hi. If I manually enter in activities, such as using my recumbent bike, do I also log those manual activities in LoseIt as well?

@cah04412 I'll be happy to help you! You should manually log any activity that requires more than just steps like tennis or yoga in order to improve the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn. LoseIt will sync just food to Fitbit and Fitbit will sync just calories to LoseIt.

So, If you would like to log activities in just one place you can link Fitbit with MyFitnessPal because the activities that you manually log in MFP will go to Fitbit. You can check How do I integrate Fitbit with MyFitnessPal?
