@maggydoots52 it's a pleasure to welcome you to the Community. When you mention that the applications are not syncing to the Alta do you refer to information being sent directly to and from the tracker? Before the information can go from Fitbit to MapMyFitness and MapMyWalk have you checked if you need to set up a connexion on those app as well. If the information is not properly being transferred you can, trough your dashboard, stop the connexion between the two apps and then connect them again.

It really is not needed to connect both programs, they are the same program. Both programs link to the same server on MMF;
