Map my run not syncing

My exercise through the Map My Run app isn't syncing into my Fitbit app even though everything is appropriately linked. Map My Run thinks it synced to Fitbit 30 minutes ago but no data is appearing since November 6. I should have 6 workouts from this week alone.

HI there @Aliassam good to see you again in our Community. I have moved your post to our board of Third-Party Integrations, since due to the topic it will have more attention here.

 

MapMyRun received information from your Fitbit account about distance and calories, so if the information is not going through, I recommend to re-link the association of both accounts. Go to Applications on your web-based Dashboard and revoke the access.

 

Once you have done this, repeat the process to associate your accounts.

 

  1. Log into MapMyRun.
  2. Click the Improve tab and then select Device Connect.
  3. Find Fitbit on the list and click the Connect button. You're taken to fitbit.com.
  4. Log in with your Fitbit credentials.
  5. Go back to MapMyRun and go to your workout dashboard.
  6. Click the Import Workouts button
  7. Next to Fitbit click the Sync button. One month of your step history will be imported.
