Missing data in sync with myfitnesspal

I'm having trouble getting fitbit to sync properly with myfitnesspal.  Most of the data is correct, but Oct 4, 5, and 6 have either no data or are missing items.  Everything before Oct 4 and after Oct 6 is correct.

 

Is there a way that I can re-sync the days in question?

@Cardinal_22  A warm welcome to the Community! The information will start syncing since the day that you linked Fitbit with MyFitnessPal. So, if you set up MFP on October 6 just that information will start syncing, it's not possible to resync the information that didn't sync because Fitbit and MFP will sync instantaneously. 

You can however manually log the information that you have in MFP into Fitbit.

Thanks for your response!  I actually linked the accounts sometime around June 14 and until now, I've never had a problem.  Everything between June 14 and Oct 4 is fine.  Everything after October 6 is also fine.  It's just the 3 days in the middle that are off.

 

I will go ahead and manually adjust them.  Thanks again!
