No Calorie Adjustment in MFP despite doing over 11000 steps

Up until a couple of days ago my Fitbit & MFP played nicely together. My steps are still showing in MFP but I no longer get a calorie adjustment despite doing over 11000 steps most days which was giving me over a 300cal adjustment. What settings would need to have been changed to make them stop syncing correctly? I was looking through the settings but dont think I changed anything, the Ipad app can be a pain to use 😉 My time zones are the same and I have disconneted both and installed them again as per MFP help instructions. Also my calories burned on my dashboard are around 400 for the day despite being very active. Help?

@kharris1976 A warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. Since, you're seeing steps and everything from Fitbit in MFP but you're not seeing a Fitbit calorie adjustment, the reason could be that your calorie burn from Fitbit hasn't surpassed the MyFitnessPal estimation and you haven't enabled Negative Fitbit Adjustments. click here to learn more about it

If you're seeing 400 calories burned for the whole day. That shouldn't be happening please make sure that your Zip is syncing and that you're getting all the calories burned in your Dashboard. Also, check your personal settings to see if there correctly entered.

Thank you! The calories showing in the Fitbit dashboard were differently wrong. The only way I found to resolve the problem was to set up as a new device...I'm now able to see steps and calorie adjustment in MFP but since setting up as a new Fitbit my calorie adjustment is a lot higher than it was for the stame steps last week....talk about frustrating!!
