Extra calories eaten are appearing on FitBit

The total calories eaten is exactly 1,887 more on FitBit than on MyFitBit Pal.  It appears to be coming from Breakfast.  I cannot determine why this is happening.  This is the second day this has happened.

I think I figured out what is happening.  I have been recording one teaspoon of Canola oil MyFitness Pal (40 calories) at breakfast.  This is being recorded on FitBit as one cup.  Therefore, the calories eaten is much more than actual on FitBit.  If you have a problem of the calorie counts being off, try isolating it to a particular food entry.  I have reported this item to FitBit so they can work it out with MyFitness Pal.
