My Charge 3 not syncing with myfitnesspal data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am having trouble getting calories consumed that I input into MyFitnessPal to appear on my Fitbit dashboard. I've tried, three times now, disconnecting and reconnecting on both ends using the instructions described here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/MyFitnessPal-calories-not-syncing/td-p/8865.... I also have the 'Enable Negative Adjustments' option checked. I sync on MFP and still don't see my updated calorie count. Any help would be appreciated!

I am having a similar issue, however in reverse, of steps not appearing in MFP. I went through the process of unpairing and repairing Fitbit to my MFP account, and it still shows the steps I had taken today prior to switching over to the Charge 3.

MFP lists 1,190 steps while my Fitbit says 1,707.

Just double checked and I am also having the same issue as the OP with the calorie data from MFP not carrying over. Anything I had input prior to changing devices today, is there but not since I switched over to the Charge 3.

Also contact MyFitnessPal support on this, they might be able to do something.

MyFitnessPal was having syncing issues  yesterday and provided an update on the issue last night, which can be found here:

I was also having issues with data going into MFP from Fitbit as well as data coming from MFP to Fitbit. Both issues, for me at least, seem to have been resolved.

This can happen from time to time with MFP which is why I wish Fitbit would bite the bullet and start including tracking of macros by gram on the Android and Apple app dashboards. It’s the only reason I bother with MFP, and they frequently have sync issues with Fitbit’s services.

You can always check this link to see if MFP is aware of syncing issues, they’re at least transparent when they come across these syncing issues: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/topics/799774-announcements-from-our-tech-team/arti...

Yes same here - I see on the MFP site they say syncing issues have been resolved with Fitbit. Thanks for staying in touch.

I've moved this to 3rd Party Integrations for better accuracy and visibility.

@theultrahvybeat thanks for sharing the update from My Fitness Pal. Syncing issues that were affecting syncing between Fitbit and MFP have been resolved.

Obviously I am experiencing the same issue today with my Charge 3 and MFP.
