My Fitness Pal Sync

So, for two weeks I have had My Fitness Pal syncing with Fitbit. Then it worked intermittently....and now they don't recognise each other at all.

So frustrating after they worked so well for the first couple of weeks.

Now I am looking at alternative apps to calculate food.

Is this uncommon?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the community.

Unfortunately it's a very common issue between MFP and Fitbit, in fact it's the very reason I moved away from MFP (I believe the issue is their end). I moved to Lose it and have had two sync issues in two years (even then its possible to force a manual sync on Loes it's end). The only downside is you need Lose it premium to sync Fitbit, although for me it was a small price to pay for reliability.

If you want to stick with MFP then please contact them, since they are the ones who maintain this connection.
