Anyone else having a issue? I show the adjustment from fitbit into my fitness pal but it shows 0 cal for yesterday and nothing at all from today. I've done my usual gym activites so I know there is some calore adjustment due. This stopped working on Thursday anyone else with this issue? I did try breaking/restoring access with no luck.

Welcome to the Community @Chad_D and @Trish_G! Thanks for the details that you've shared. I would like you to make sure that you've tried to unlink and relink both applications.

If you've done this procedure but you're still having issues. It's better to contact MyFitnessPal directly so they can provide you with more information about it.

Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue with my Blaze. Been in contact with customer service many times and we are still trying to resolve it. Told them it may be a bug and have been supplying them with information to help.

I talked to myfitnesspal and I hadn't set the fitbit as my step tracker so that is what cause it to stop tracking.

They gave me this link

https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/step_trackers and I selected and next day it started working again (it never added the missing days but worked from that click on)

Hope that helps someone.

Welcome to our Community @SunsetRunner and you are correct @Trish_G. For your steps can be share across MFP and Fitbit you need to link your tracker also beside connecting both of your accounts.

The link you share it will display the screen to do this. As an additional note the steps to reach this section of MFP, is to look for the Apps option in the upper bar menu > then Steps > Here you will see the option to connect the Fitbit tracker.

Give it a try @SunsetRunner andlet me know how it goes.

For any additional question, I'll be around.
