My Fitbit versa 3 is no longer syncing with MFT. Why?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync with MFT.

 

If you are referring to MyFitnessPal, please revoke access between your Fitbit and MFP accounts and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

I am sorry...This was not really helpful. How do I revoke the access between my Fitbit and MFP Accounts? Do I do this from the Fitbit App or the MFT App? I purchased my Fitbit Versa3, instead of an Apple Watch because I wanted to sync with MFT. If this is not possible, I will buy an Apple Watch and use their fitness program, but I would prefer not to have to resort to this.
