My netdiary app & fitbit app

They were sharing information fine before the update. They stopped talking and sharing information

 Any idea why?

Hello @DessieBell I'm not sure which update your referring to, but neither app talks directly with the other app. 

Their servers in the cloud do the communication. 

Go here and revoke access to netdiary. 

No go to netdiary and link the accounts. 

If this doesn't work, then reach out to netdiary, unless you want to reach out to them first.
