Upgraded from Flex to Charge HR 2.
I log all intake via MFP just due to hitorical use (several years).
Both sites exchange data to try to keep things aligned.
With the Flex, steps were only counted and passed over to MFP.
No, with CHR2, I'm getting more than steps.
At one point, my "exercise" exceeded my food, which left my remaining even higher than my initial goal.
Stats: 46, 5'6"(ish) 345lbs (reason I'm doing all this). Sit behind a desk most of the day.
Resting heart rate average dated from 25 Dec is 71 (not great, but, working on it).
It doesn't take much to get me to 85-95bpm, which takes me into "Fat Burning."
Is this all legit, and if not, how can I tune?

Hello @bubbaopus, good to see you again in our Fitbit Community. Note that now with your Charge 2 things shouldn't be that different from your Flex, but keep in mind your Charge two now have more features and due to the heart rate your calories are more accurate.
For additional of what information your Fitbit account should be sharing with MFP take a look at the following post: Third Party Apps - Informational Post.
Regarding your resting heart rate, I think is not inaccurate. As I mentioned in my first lines before, the Charge 2 is more sensitive now to read your heart rate. Also I can tell base on my experience, since I sit behind a desk almost half of my day and to reach my Fat burn zone does not take to much effort, although is harder to reach higher zones.
Now about the calories and your exercise discrepancy, I think the following post will provide you more help about the subject: MyFitnessPal: How to correct calorie discrepancy from MFP to Fitbit.
Hope this helps and let me know if you still have questions. Catch ya later!
