I have been using my Fitbit Flex for under a week but have had my MyFitnessPal account for a long time. What are the benefits of continuing to use MyFitnessPal versus just using the Fitbit dashboard? (Yes, I have them linked.)

I use MyFitnessPal to log my food as it has a much better food database for users in the UK. I continue to use fitbit to log all my activity though.

Like Steve, I use MFP for food logging since its database is significantly larger and more inclusive. I also use MFP as a pass through for my Runkeeper activities.
