MyFitnessPal data

Hi,

I've connected my MyFitnessPal app to my Fitbit app to enable me to share data between them.

I can see info that I've logged into MyFitnessPal showing up on my Fitbit dashboard only when I log into Fitbit on a desktop.

I can't, for example, see any MyFitnessPal data on my Fitbit app or any Fitbit data on MyFitnessPal app.

The fact that I can see MyFitnessPal data online makes me think it must be an issue with Fitbit. I have updated both apps; tried disconnecting and then reconnecting them and have also updated my Fitbit blaze.

Any suggestions how to resolve this?

Thanks

Hello @jaynemacpat, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community. I was reading your post and I'm wondering if you are using the same account of your Fitbit or MFP? Remember that you need to log in to your Fitbit account using the same email address and password on all the devices you are using to sync.

If you are able to see the information on your online-Dashboard, the same data should be on your mobile app. This is because the information is not stored locally on your phone or computer; but in our servers, so the data is share across different platforms as long you are using the same account.

I have reviewed your Community profile and you don't have a tracker paired, so this is what it makes me believe on this theory. It's possible also that you are experiencing something similar of what was mentioned by @MrHazard on this post. Take a moment to review it, it might be of your help too.

Let me know if you have other accounts, I'll be around if you need more help.
