Hello @Moostie3673, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and there has been reports MyFitnessPal is having certain delays to sync with Fitbit.
At the moment the word we got, is to avoid to unlink and relink your accounts to resolve this issue. If there is data that hasn't synced, it might be lost if the integration is removed. According to MFP customer support, this issue will continue during this week. YOu can find more information and updates in our dedicated post: MyFitnessPal and Fitbit Sync Delays and Interruptions.
Now something additionally to mention, is that exercises do not sync from Fitbit to MFP. In this case you will see only a calorie adjustment resulting from your exercises logged in your Fitbit account. For more details on how this integrations work, refer to this post.
